I had those pancakes for breakfast, and had a really healthy lunch but for dinner I was so tired that I threw some pitas on the grill with some olive oil and daiya mozz.
Though it's not terribly bad food... It's still more than I want to eat in 1 day, it's not the healthiest, and I'm trying to eat more raw foods, lose weight, feel better, etc. Oh well. Trying to let it go, I need a good night's sleep.
